How We Came to Be: Our Leadership Team
Dwellworks Living is the corporate housing arm of Dwellworks. We’re rooted in a rich history of business travel and mobility services, business solutions outsourcing, global supply chain management, and award-winning customer experiences results. In 2020, our CEO Bob Rosing (pictured right) and COO and President James Conigliaro (pictured left), saw the opportunity for Dwellworks to expand globally into the corporate housing business.
With Bob’s visionary guidance and James’ 20-plus years of experience in corporate housing, Dwellworks Living was born. The company's previous, limited offering now encompasses a comprehensive suite of services that support the business travel and corporate mobility lifecycle, from short-term temporary housing needs, to extended stay and serviced apartments and project work, to destination services that support every traveler and relocating employee in getting settled successfully in their new city, whether for 30 days or a long-term assignment. Together, Bob and James built a leadership team to support this transition and guide our growth with a unique level of depth in corporate housing, relocation services, and functional area expertise. Our Team's bench strength is what drives the expansion and sustained success you see today.

We Set the Standard for Sustainable Living
Behind all our modern accommodations is a commitment to eco-friendly living. Corporate housing clients increasingly expect to be presented with sustainable options, and Dwellworks Living is responding. In our 2023 supplier survey, 84% of respondents indicated they were taking sustainable actions from recycling programs to water use reduction, to food waste management, to more efficient heating, ventilation, and lighting. Dwellworks Living is working to be a part of something greater, collaborating with industry associations like CHPA, ASAP, GBTA, and the Coalition for Greener Mobility to raise the standard in sustainable corporate housing. Together, we’re working towards zero emissions across the industry.
