In our 2024 supplier survey, 96% of respondents indicated they were taking sustainable actions from recycling programs to water use reduction, to food waste management, to more efficient heating, ventilation, and lighting.

A Carbon Calculator Our Whole Industry Can Use

At Dwellworks Living, we are proud to be early adopters of s new industry-wide sustainability tool, the Furnished Accommodations Carbon Calculation Tool (FACCT), powered by CHPA, the Corporate Housing Providers Association. This important advancement provides a standardized way for housing providers to measure the carbon footprint of individual serviced accommodation units across the globe.

Consistent with our commitment to responsible sourcing and operational excellence, we are actively supporting the implementation of FACCT across our portfolio. By educating our supplier partners on the use of the tool and encouraging their participation, we are leading a more transparent, data-driven approach to sustainable corporate housing and business travel.

For our clients, this means access to verified emissions data for a traveler’s stay in our portfolio accommodations. Whether for documenting ESG goals, meeting internal reporting and regulatory requirements, or simply making informed decisions, this level of visibility and scientifically objective assessment adds a new layer of value to our housing solutions.
