- Temporary living supply remains good across most of the region, with more limited capacity in fast-growing markets such as Bengaluru and Mumbai.
- Booking trends are stable or higher year over year in 10 of the 11 markets included in this report.
- ADRs remain generally steady to lower overall, with the highest costs in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney and the lowest in Kuala Lumpur, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.

- The key development in EMEA this quarter is the impact of conflict in the Middle East, which has placed some new corporate bookings on hold.
- Despite that disruption, supply remains good across the region, with pricing generally stable versus both 2025 and Q1 2026.
- European destinations including Amsterdam, Paris, and Madrid are seeing increased serviced accommodation bookings, while London and Dublin remain steady.
- Across EMEA, 1-bedroom ADRs currently range from $136 in Madrid to more than $200 in Paris, Dubai, and London.

- ADRs for 1-bedroom accommodations range from $128 in Calgary to $312 in New York City.
- The upcoming World Cup, along with seasonal summer moves and events like the Calgary Stampede, is expected to influence pricing and availability in key markets.
